Chocolate Treasures

My love of baking started as a child in my grandmother's kitchen.  There she taught me family recipes and techniques handed down through generations of cakes, pies and cookies.

My path as a chocolatier started when I inherited my mother-in-law's candy molds.  As a hobby at first, through failure and success, practice and experimentation, I developed my chocolate blends and fillings.

It didn't take long to realize this was my passion, enabling me to express my artistic nature and creativity.  Doing what I love and bringing happiness to others.
